Melt the fat, mix the dry, then mix them together. Press into 2 greased 10x13in pans and bake at 350 F for 15 min, or until edges are lightly browned. Important: cut the cakes into bars while hot, and then cool mostly before removing. You can recut the lines to help remove them. |

Ocean Everything Cookies
(World’s Very best cookie) 1 cup butter
Cream the butter and sugar, beat in the egg, add the vanilla or coffee. Mix the dry, stir them into the butter/sugar. Stir in the chunks. Make firm balls, and flatten on ungreased tray. Bake 350 for 8-12 minutes, until just browned. Remove from tray to rack right away and for softer cookies, pack the babies up after only 10 minutes of cooling. |

Camping Chocolate Cake 1 ½ cups flour
Sift the dry, mix the wet, mix ‘em together. Lightly. Pour into greased 8x8inch pan and bake 350F for 30min. Freezes well for trips! (Vegan too!)
